Inna Lee, Founder of Psywell Management Group, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Clinical Certified Hypnotherapist, and Motivational Public Speaker.
She started as a solo practitioner in a small clinic in California.
Her knowledge in multiple languages and people’s mentality help her figure out what they need and map it in a strategic plan to a bigger picture and a 9 figure mindset. She remove people’s blocks in their minds and help them see what they couldn’t see without her consulting.
Now she manage a multi-service mental health clinic in California with multiple locations. Her success as a healthcare entrepreneur has been a great source of motivation for burnout business owners who are just going through the motions day after day.
Over the years, she have invested in the best out of the best in the world of business operations, business infrastructure, systematization and optimization, business strategy, human psychology and resources, and humans’ potential.
She has built the whole practice management team within the clinic with a robust and automated management systems that can show all statistics that practices need to make strong business decisions.
The billing team collects 95% plus AR and keep the revenue cycle consistent. The team can manage from all end-to-back billing services to credentialing and insurance contracts services.
Meet the Financial and Billing Manager, Merce Matheus
Merce Matheus is a seasoned Billing and Financial Manager with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
She brings extensive expertise in accounts receivable (A/R), accounts payable (A/P), payroll, office management, and oversight of billing department operations.
Merce has directed and coordinated the full scope of medical billing and coding functions, including ICD-10 and CPT coding, to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reimbursement. She oversees a dedicated team trained in mental health billing CPT and diagnosis codes, ensuring specialized knowledge and precision in behavioral health billing practices.
Her team is highly experienced in credentialing and managing billing processes across a wide range of major insurance providers, including Cigna, Aetna, Medicare, Medi-Cal, and Blue Cross Blue Shield, among others. Merce is skilled in optimizing revenue cycle performance, minimizing claim denials, and maintaining strict adherence to regulatory and payer-specific requirements.
Throughout her career, Merce has demonstrated a strong ability to streamline financial operations, implement efficient workflows, and support organizational growth. Her attention to detail, leadership, and commitment to excellence have made her an invaluable asset in improving financial performance and ensuring the integrity of billing practices.
Meet the Practice Development Manager
Jenny is a dedicated professional with over seven years of experience in mental health admissions for outpatient services.
She has a strong understanding of behavioral health operations and has supported a wide range of clinical services, including therapy provided by psychologists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), and associate-level clinicians, as well as psychiatric services delivered by Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Medical Doctors (MDs).
Jenny possesses in-depth knowledge of clinical and regulatory requirements, including supervision standards for associate therapists, licensed supervisors, and psychiatric providers. Her expertise ensures compliance while supporting high-quality patient care and efficient service delivery.
In addition to admissions, Jenny has experience in Human Resources management within the mental health field, including provider onboarding, staff coordination, and organizational support. She also brings a strategic perspective to business and practice growth, contributing to the development and expansion of mental health services through effective operational and growth strategies.
Known for her attention to detail, collaborative approach, and commitment to improving access to care, Jenny plays a key role in enhancing both patient experience and organizational performance.
